We Fold Clothes - Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure service. The balance is due prior to the start of service. If the balance is not paid, service will not proceed and the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking only if cancellation is caused by We Fold Clothes. If cancellation is caused by the Client (non-payment, late cancellation, unsanitary issues, or misconduct), the deposit is retained by the Company.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable. We Fold Clothes reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions.
3. Work Location & Access Folding services will be performed in a common area of the home (kitchen, dining room, or living room) unless otherwise agreed in writing. If closet organization, dresser services, or other tasks require access to bedrooms or specific areas of the home, the Client agrees to grant staff access and will not hold We Fold Clothes accountable for being in those areas. The Client must provide adequate space for services to be performed. If upon arrival there is not adequate space, the deposit will be retained. Depending on distance traveled and preparation done before arriving, the balance of the service may also be forfeited at the discretion of We Fold Clothes. We Fold Clothes prides itself on honesty and serving customers to the highest potential, and all services will be provided with professionalism and integrity.
4. Sanitation & Health Policy
For the safety of our staff and other clients, We Fold Clothes does not enter environments that are soiled with bodily fluids, infested with pests, contaminated with rodent droppings, mold, or otherwise unsanitary. If such conditions are found, service will be refused, the deposit forfeited, and a service call fee may apply.
5. Staff Safety
Staff may discontinue service immediately if they feel unsafe due to threatening behavior, unsafe property conditions, or lack of adequate space. Deposits will be forfeited under these circumstances.
6. Zero Tolerance Policy for Harassment & Misconduct
Sexual comments, harassment, racial slurs, discriminatory remarks, or aggressive conduct are strictly prohibited. If such behavior occurs, service will stop immediately, no refunds will be provided, and the client may be banned from future services.
7. No-Show, Backup & Service Quality
Policy If staff cannot attend, We Fold Clothes will assign a replacement within 48 hours. If no replacement is available, the client may reschedule or receive a refund of the balance (deposit excluded). Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.
8. Liability & Property Disclaimer We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, fading, or allergic reactions from products supplied by the Client. We are not liable for damage caused by unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
9. Termination of Services
We Fold Clothes may terminate services for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or misconduct. Deposits will not be refunded under these circumstances.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

By booking and completing payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
